Silver Lake, Michigan
These pictures were taken at Silver Lake State Park in Mears, Michigan. It is located on the shore of Lake Michigan about midway up the lower penninsula of Michigan. A large portion of the dunes are open to off-road vehicles with permits. The remainder of the area is preserved for hiking and as a natural dune area.
